Dear Tom,
I have just received  the sweater from your magazine in eBay and checked the pakedge. I'm
unhappy to tell you that a number of mistakes have been made by you or your magazine. I wrote to you on 10 December saying the details of the problems that occurred. Unfortunately the following mistakes have come up :
• The sweater arrived on the of 9 December instead of 22 October.
• It was smaler size then I reserved. I ordered size L but recieved size M.
• It was made from poor fibres. But on your page was said that it should be made of 100% wool.
As you can imagine, the incorrect packaged has caused
me great inconvenience and will no doubt affect my further orders from you.
Due to all these errors, I don't want to pay the full cost of the sweater. I am,
however, prepared to send the packaged back and trust that you consider this acceptable and return my money back.
I look forward to hearing your comments as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely
Ernesta Makovskaja
